Dr. Hans Christian Tingelstad is a Research Specialist with the Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services, Personnel Support Program, Human Performance Research and Development. Working with a team of co-investigators. Dr. Tingelstad’s work has evolved around reducing Musculoskeletal Injuries among CAF members through the implementation of standardized progressive physical training programs in CAF training courses. To date, this work has shown great promise as a means to reduce MSKI rates, Medical Employment Limitation days and Return to Unit from training courses.
