Lacey Cranston is the Managing Editor of the Journal of Military, Veteran and Family Health. She has over a decade of experience as a journalist, during which she parachuted with the SkyHawks, flew formation in a CT-156 Harvard II and spent a week in the field, imbedded with the Saskatchewan Dragoons, during Exercise Prairie Defender. Before joining the Canadian Institute for Military and Veteran Health Research (CIMVHR), Lacey successfully established the first centralized newspaper production centre in Western Canada for TC Media and managed the implementation, growth and development of the Ontario eConsult Service in southeastern Ontario. Lacey has an honours degree in Journalism (Minor in Law) from Carleton University. She is the proud spouse of a Royal Canadian Air Force pilot with PTSD who is currently navigating a medical release after 15 years of service to his country.
