Mme Sanela Dursun, PhD

Sanela Dursun, PhD, is a research psychologist and the director of the Personnel and Family Support Research section at the Department of National Defence. She is responsible for delivering research, analysis, and expert advice on strategies to improve the psychosocial health, conditions of service, and the work environment of serving members, veterans, and their families. She is currently Vice-Chair of the NATO Research Task Group on Transition to Civilian Life, and Chair of the NATO Research Task Group on Sexual Violence in the Military. She holds a doctorate in health psychology.
